About Methodologies

KMA uses a set of proprietary methodologies and concepts in engagements.  These methodologies are tested in advanced client/server development projects since 1987. They are:

1. Warp Speed Development - In recognition that business cycles are
      now compressed inside of development cycles, KMA uses its unique
      insights and experience to accelerate design and implementation of new
      systems.

2. Meta-systems - In order to preserve existing legacy systems and to
     provide clients with the ability to integrate new systems with the legacy
     environment, KMA has created a meta-systems model which provides
     integration of new systems and  legacy systems using a tokenized
     messaging system

3.  Process Improvements - One of the overlooked opportunities for
       improvement is the information technology process.  KMA works
       with clients to re-engineer the information technology process
       focusing on the development process, systems architectures and the
       infrastructure to yield 200% - 500% increases in productivity.
